For those of you with tetracycline staining you can see such a change! (Important Note: We bleached the top teeth only in this case.)   This is a fluorosis case out of Texas. In this case the water was naturally over-fluoridated when this patient lived there, as a child. This is a great result, and the patient was exstatic! The types of cases you have viewed here are some of the most difficult cases you can find. You can see these results are great! Chances are you're a person with a less difficult case. With results like these on these difficult cases, can you imagine what we can do for you? The easier cases and the more typical would be coffee, tea, and smoking stains, and the stains that come from age. Typically that's not the type of case we would photograph.
